Updating XO-VAC+ firmware¶

XO-VAC+ has an embedded server running on Windows 10 Entreprise LTSC.

Windows Update is deactivated on the XO-VAC+ embedded server to prevent update reboots during long testing runs. This is implemented by blocking all internet traffic using the Windows Firewall with hardened settings.

The XO-VAC+ embedded server is shipped with the latest updates available from Microsoft at the time of shipping. Exobotics also aims to release new XO-VAC+ embedded server images regularly to allow for customers to update their XO-VAC+s. Potential new features, bug fixes and latest Windows Security updates will be included in those images.
